2. Product Availability & Description

  • All products are handmade and crafted with care. Due to the nature of traditional preparation, slight variations in texture or appearance may occur.
  • Product images are for representation only. The final delivered product may vary slightly in packaging or presentation.
  • Ingredients such as sesame seeds, dry fruits, and cardamom are used in line with traditional recipes and highest quality standards.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, packaging, and handling charges.
  • Website prices may be higher than MRP printed on the physical product due to logistics, online handling, and value-added services.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will apply.
  • We accept all major online payment methods. We use secure payment gateways to ensure safe transactions.

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • In case of any issues with stock or availability, we reserve the right to cancel the order or replace the product with a similar item of equal or higher value after informing the customer.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Self Pickup

  • We offer pan-India delivery through reliable logistics partners.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 working days after dispatch, depending on the location.
  • Delivery hours are typically between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Ramsewak Sahu Gajak Bhandar is not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once dispatched, the tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

Self Pickup Option:

Customers can also opt for self pickup from our physical store at the following address:

Pickup timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, all days except national holidays.
Please present a valid order confirmation (digital or print) during pickup. No additional handling or shipping charges apply to self pickup orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:
    • The product delivered is damaged during transit.
    • There is a mismatch in the item ordered and received.
  • Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting us at info@ramsewaksahugajakudhyog.com with supporting photos.

7. Product Quality & Responsibility

  • We ensure the highest hygiene standards during preparation and packaging.
  • However, we are not liable for taste preferences or expectations.
  • Allergen warning: Products may contain or come in contact with nuts, sesame, and dairy.
